New Grad

Transition in Nursing Practice Residency Program is designed to ease transition to practice for the new graduate nurse in their first professional role. All new graduate nurses are invited to apply directly to any RN I position posted on the MUSC website. The Nurse Residency Program consists of 12, monthly classes. Each class is designed to support clinical, professional and leadership growth of newly licensed RNs. Each class is taught by subject matter experts with support from the Nursing Professional Development Team and Clinical Practice Experts.

Criteria for Enrollment:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• RN licensure
