Amberle Phillips, MA, ATC, SCAT

Amberle Phillips is a native of Chicago, IL and came to Charleston on a volleyball scholarship at Charleston Southern University. Amberle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology in 2011. She then went on to complete her Master of Arts degree in Sports Management from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina in 2013. While at The Citadel Amberle was a volunteer coach with the women’s volleyball team. She then decided to return to school to obtain a second Bachelor degree in Athletic Training from Charleston Southern. While at CSU, Amberle had the opportunity to complete an internship with the Charleston Battery Soccer Team. Athletic Training has been her passion since she was in high school and this dream has been a long time coming. Amberle joined the sports medicine team at MUSC Health in 2018. She is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer and certified through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Amberle is also a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and the South Carolina Athletic Trainer's Association.
