Kathleen Choate, ATC, CSCS, CEAS

Kathleen is originally from Connecticut and grew up participating in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. She earned her B.S in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from Southern Connecticut State University in 2007. She gained seven years of experience as an Athletic Trainer for high school aged athletes in Maryland prior to moving to the Charleston area. Kathleen is certified though the state of SC as an Athletic Trainer, the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and the Back School of Atlanta as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS). Kathleen joined the MUSC Sports Medicine team in September 2014.
