In honor of Melanoma Awareness Month, MUSC Hollings Cancer Center has announced the schedule for their annual series of free skin cancer screenings. The screenings will be offered on the Hollings Mobile Health Unit - a 40-foot, air-conditioned van designed to provide cancer screening, prevention education, early detection and health counseling. The van travels across South Carolina, providing more than 2,000 free or low-cost screenings every year. The skin screenings are always well-attended, so plan to get there early. No appointments are necessary.
