Who We Are

The MUSC Health Evelyn Trammell Institute for Voice and Swallowing (ETIVS) is the first and only Center in South Carolina to provide comprehensive evaluation and management of voice, airway, and swallowing concerns for both adults and children.

Our Difference

The ETIVS has fellowship trained physicians and experienced speech-language pathologists with state of the art knowledge and technology to treat the breadth of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. Because we specialize in this area, we offer superior experience and expertise not available anywhere else in the region.

Teaching & Education

MUSC Health ENT is committed to growing public awareness of voice and swallowing disorders through teaching and education. Clinical research is a vital component of the ETIVS and includes the study of novel diagnostics and therapeutics for complex swallowing disorders and complex airway and voice disorders.
